Describe the piece; the artist replies with a price and a due date, which the platform approves. A 53% deposit is paid first and held in escrow, and it becomes non-refundable once work begins. When the work is complete, the 47% balance is paid into escrow and released to the artist after the hand-over; a commission cannot be returned once handed over. A balance left unpaid for 31 days lets the artist close the commission and keep the deposit. Requests from Elite members are queued first.
